Our mission to provide next generation ad tech AI is based in the importance we place on establishing trust with our Customers, Website Visitors, and the Internet community globally. To earn and maintain that trust, we commit to communicating transparently, providing security, and protecting the privacy of data on our systems.We keep your personal information personal and private. We will not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personal information to anyone except as necessary to provide our services or as otherwise described in this Policy without first providing you with notice and the opportunity to consent.
1. Application of policy:
The following groups of people’s information is collected, used, and disclosed by Vyqtorix in accordance with this policy:
Attendees: People who give their details to Vyqtorix or Vyqtorix representatives when they sign up for or attend Vyqtorix-sponsored events or other activities in which Vyqtorix takes part.
Website Visitors: People who visit our websites and may choose to give Vyqtorix their email address in order to receive notifications. For the purposes of this policy, “Websites” refers to all websites owned by Vyqtorix that link to this policy, including www.Vyqtorix .com. To be clear, “Websites” does not refer to any websites that our customers own or run, including those for which we act as registrar.
Customers: Individuals who sign up to utilize any of the Vyqtorix Services (as described below) on their own behalf or on behalf of an entity or organization, including administrators on a customer account. All advertising service solutions offered within subscription at www.Vyqtorix.com, including those supplied by approved partners or resellers, are referred to as “Services” for the purposes of this policy.
End Users: People who visit the websites of our customers and whose data we process in order to deliver the services to them in accordance with our contracts with them.The websites of our customers may have their own terms and privacy policies, thus this policy does not apply to them. Establishing rules for and guaranteeing adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including those concerning the gathering of personal data in connection with the use of our services by End Users with whom our Customers engage, is entirely the responsibility of our Customers.
The websites and services offered by Vyqtorix are not meant for or intended to draw in anyone younger than eighteen.
Vyqtorix does not intentionally gather personally identifiable information from anyone who are younger than eighteen.
2. Data that we gather
Attendees: When you register for or attend a sponsored event or other events in which Vyqtorix (and/or its representatives) participates, we may request and gather personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Website visitors’ name, email address, and other contact details. When you fill out online forms on our websites, including options to sign up for and consent to receive email communications from us, we request and—at your option—collect personal information from you. Customers: Account details for customers. We gather your email address and other contact details when you create an Vyqtorix account. In order to utilize our service, you will also need to link to your ad account. For the purposes of this policy, we refer to this data as “Customer Account Information.” To identify you as a customer and allow you to access your account or accounts, you must provide Customer Account Information. You attest that you are the owner of such personal information or that you have the necessary authorization to give it to us by voluntarily giving us such Customer Account Information. Payment details.Unless you choose to continue with a paid subscription to our services, you are not obliged to input your credit card information. You must enter your billing information when you register for one of our premium services. Depending on the billing option you select, different information will be required. For instance, if you pay with a credit card, we will get your billing address and card details, but we don’t keep complete credit card numbers or personal account numbers.
End Users: Vyqtorix offers advertising goods and services, such as machine learning (artificial intelligence) management, that our customers utilize to enhance their advertising campaigns. The advertising content (such as pictures, text, graphics, etc.) that is sent across our network is the responsibility of our customers and their users.
Legal Basis for Processing (EEA only): If you are a citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA), please be aware that the exact context in which we collect and use your personal information will determine our legal basis for doing so. Typically, we will only gather your personal data in the following situations: (a) we have your permission to do so; (b) we need your personal data to carry out a contract with you (for example, to provide the Vyqtorix Services you’ve requested); or (c) the processing is in our rightful interests. Please be aware that Vyqtorix will typically not be able to offer you the requested service if you do not supply the relevant information.

7. Rights of data subject
Customers, Website Visitors, and Attendees: You are entitled to view, update, rectify, export, or remove your personal data. We will reply to emails sent to support@Vyqtorix.com within thirty (30) days. Additionally, customers can edit their profile or organization record at Vyqtorix.com to access, amend, export, or update their Account Information.
End Users: There is no direct connection between Vyqtorix and End Users. We have no control over a domain’s content, even if “Vyqtorix ” is listed as the domain’s authoritative name server unless Vyqtorix is the domain’s owner. For subject access requests, we therefore depend on our customers to adhere to the underlying legal obligations. We shall direct an End User to contact the Customer website or websites they interacted with directly if they want us to access, correct, update, or delete their information or if they no longer want to be contacted by one of our Customers who use our services. With regard to their website users, our customers are entirely in charge of making sure that all relevant laws and regulations are followed.
Before we can help with any data update request, we must confirm that the requestor is asking about their own information. We must weigh the request against the possibility of infringing on someone else’s privacy rights when a data update request may involve the personal information of another person. To the extent mandated by relevant legislation, we shall cooperate with requests for data changes. You can also file a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU.
8. Communication preferences
If you have an Vyqtorix account, you may control whether you get promotional communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the emails.
9. Access, data integrity, and security
We take every precaution to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and/or destruction of any information we receive from you.
